Display run time error page generating faces exception always

 Hi All,
 
I'm trying to generate run time error page it always show faces exception error... I'm unable to understand the issue  can any one help me out.. y it is generating faces exception everytime.

 I tried the code in the snippet but get the same error of faces so how to handle that exception....?
