Extension library local development with bootstrap

How do I make the latest extension library work with a local nhttp.exe, if I want to use bootstrap?

copy the files to this dir...
Copy the files in the plugins directory to the plugins directory under C:\notes\data\domino\workspace\applications\eclipse

Do the same for the features directory from the extension library. Your Notes data dir might be in a different location.
