Searching a view and keep current sort order

I want to search (Full Text) a view and want to keep the current search order (categories included, etc.).

I could not find an attribute in the data or view control, how can i achieve this?

As far as categories

There is no way to do a FT search and keep the categories displayed in either XPages or regular Notes views.

You're right, i forgot that.. Apart from the display, there is also the problem that i have a rather complex category filter.. well i have to "translate" it into FT Search Query..
