What version of OneUI is included for release 9.0 development

 As far as I can tell, unless they implemented it as a plugin, then it is still version 2.1

Hi, the version is 3.0.2 and yes, it is implemented as a plugin. I do not remember the exact file, but if you search for a file with 'theme' as part of the file name, you will find it, I believe.

I can't believe IBM is making it this difficult to use OneUIv3. Where is it? I searched for ".theme" and can't find it. I looked for documentation to install it via OSGI but can't find anything. We are running all of our servers on 9 and my client and designer is 9. 

Please, how can I use this theme?
