Provide Response doc counters and last posted date/times in views

Response doc counters when a thread is collapsed with a twistie gives a visual clue about the need to read something.
 
Adding logic to the views that shows the last updated time for any responses in the thread also helps tell me what I need to read.

The reponse doc counters ONLY appear on the all documents view
All views should show it, when expandable.
