is there a way to force an xp:eventHandler to run it's event from SSJS?.  I am using the Extlib Application layout in a custom control and want to respond to clicks of the placeBarActions from the xpage not the custom control.  I can't seem to find a way to do this.  I have an eventHandler on the custom control now I just need it to call a seperate eventHandler based on it's id.  I am submitting the id of the eventHandler I want to call in submitValue of the action button.
