Name Picker Issue

 Hello,
 
I am having a problem with Extension Library Name Picker.  I have 8.5.3 installed...using name picker i cannot retrieve all persons in the domino directory..
But using value picker i am getting all the persons.
 
Is there any limitation to retrieve the values.. How can we resolve this issue..?
