where can people pre-post their questions?

We don't have that capability but go ahead and post here
You can post your questions here but mostly we do the questions via the questions pane of the GoToWebinar interface.

If you post your question here we may or may not get to them. Priority will be given to the attendees. But, if there are some good questions here and we have the time we can try to get to them.
