Notes / Domino 9 and Extension Library

So for Notes / Domino 9, the IBM Extension Library comes pre-installed now, built-in. Is that correct? No more hoops or anything else we have to do?

A better way to think of it
Domino 9 includes what was in the IBM Update Pack 1 for 8.5.3 plus a few goodies and lots of bug fixes. There still is (just released) an Extension Library for 9 that has the stuff like relational data and social business controls that are not in Domino 9. Howard
