Add Header Footer to PDF using iTextPDF

Dear All,

I'm using iTextPDF to generate PDF listing using SSJS.

My problem is to generate the header and footer for each of the pages using SSJS.

Is it possible to put table at this header and footer?

Any of you guys done this thing before? Really appreciate feedbacks from you guys here.
