Filtering by column works incorrectly on accent insensitive column if accents are present.

 

I have such a view that is sorted like this (accent insensitive):

 

I enter a filtering condition:

A - I see Akins and Alejandro - incorrect

Ab - I see Abe and Abrams - correct

Å - I see no entries - incorrect

Åk - I see Åkerlund - correct
