Dynamic view panel questions

I am new to xPage. using 853 UP1 for the extension library.

I really like the dynamic view panel for it can generate view automatically based on the selected data source.

However the downside of the using the dynamic view panel you don't have the choice of which column to the link (for end user to click on to open the document).

Even more, dynamic view panel will take the 1st non formular column and make that with a link to open the document.

I couldn't find anything address this issue, any suggestions? Or have I missed something big time?

You can add a customizerBean to the Dynamic View Panel. A customizerBean is a Java bean that extends DominoViewCustomizer which makes it possible to control the rendering of the view.
