Installing Open NTF extension library.

I've been trying for a couple years now to understand how to install the Open NTF extension library. Can anyone tell me if I'm close to getting it right?

In my update site database, do I have everything? I got the zip file from here: www.openntf.org/Projects/pmt.nsf/downloadcounter?openagent&project=XPages%20Extension%20Library&release=853.20121022-1354&unid=8B24DD09F74B935586257AA30067870D&attachment=ExtensionLibraryOpenNTF-853.20121022-1354.zip

Hi,

that's not the latest version but might be enough for the server. To install it also to the designer you need "Designer Feature". This is what I have:
