xpages want to show an application like help button in gmail settings

Hi,

  
 Till now i have 4 tabs, each tab represents single application..

now what my requirement is, i want to show 4th tab which is an application like Help button in gmail settings..  

if u click on that application as button , it should be open in a new  tab of browser window. 

Once goto gmail settings and check how HELP works.

 You just need to make the button an anchor link with a target attribute of "_top" or "_blank"
