xPage not finding the ORACLE Driver jar file - Help!

I'm having problems with xPages loading / finding the ORACLE driver jar file.

I have placed the file ojdbc14.jar in the C:\Lotus\Notes\xsp\shared\lib and the C:\Lotus\Notes\jvm\lib\ext folders.

I have added the line "permission java.lang.RuntimePermission "getClassLoader"; to the java.policy file.

I have restarted HTTP.

I have re-booted the server.

None of these actions help, I'm still getting the error:

HTTP JVM: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver

Any help is appreciated ,

Try add the jar files into the /notes program/jvm/lib/ext
