CKEditor - lost image

Domino 901 FP4 

I used the component ckeditor in xpages application to upload images.

After a few days the pictures were removed (it seems by the server) and replaced by an inscription IMAGE in red brackets (span font=red).

No user save the document after creation.

Any Idea?
