SEO/userfriendly URLs

Anyone with experience/thoughts on how to programmatically construct nice seo- and user friendly urls with XPages?

for example something like: /blog/post/how_to_implement_seo_urls_with xpages

I have seen various domino-classic techniques in different examples and even used a few of them but I have a feeling that there might be a better and more convenient way to to this with JSF/XPages (a custom servlet acting like a content-proxy or something similar).

Any thoughts on this?

And if you are using XPages, just use the ?opendocument classic way to open notesdocuments on the web and specify in the forms on which the documents are based that you want to open a Xpages on the web instead the form.
