Re: New for Xpages
Please visit http://xpages.info (hosted by openntf) ... it has all the instructions on getting started with the free designer client, (fairly free) developer hosting @ amazon and the like ... I'd also suggest getting the mastering xpages book which will help you learn XPages, and also covers these same topics.

I also second the viewing of Notes In 9 - especially the jumpstart on XPages ... most excellent stuff!

TLCC has two free courses
One is Introduction to Domino Designer and covers how to use Designer 8.5. The other is Introduction to XPages Development and is for current 8.5 developers who want to see what XPages are all about. Go to http://www.tlcc.com/admin/tlccsite.nsf/pages/free+course to sign up. Howard

Re: New for Xpages
I would also recommend my own NotesIn9 Screencast for getting started with XPages Tutorials.  All the XPages shows have been collected on XPages.TV.  There's even a 2 hour jumpstart.  Another site I did to try and help beginners is XPagesCheatSheet.com.  You'll find a dowloadable cheatsheet and demo app.

Another great site is xpageswiki.com
