Server Not Releasing Memory

These "snapshots" were taken when there wasn't any SSJS code running on any XPages apps, but the Free Memory continues to decrease and memory doesn't get released. This causes XPages apps not to load. Is there anything I can check for or something I can do to prevent this from happening?
