All Documents - Unread flag should be for the thread, not the main document

When I am in the All Documents view, the unread mark should show if there is a new document in the thread, not just if I have read the main document.
 
It will also be good to see unread responses in the comment navigator.

So not just the ll Documents and Main Topics view show the user the unread marks.
