Xpages runtime not picking up changes

Hi,
I'm developing on local replica and then sending my changes to server. I've noticed that after replication I don't see changes I made on local.
I have to restart http task, clean my project (Project->Clean) and replicate again.
Is this some sort of cache and can it be turned off? 
 
By the way I'm using the "Keep pages on disk"  persistence option.
And I don't think this was happening on 8.5.2 and older. 
 
Any ideas?

The same goes for translations, although either clean or http restart is not helping.
Am I really the only one experiencing this issue?
