Xpage RichText Toolbar icons are not loading

i have a xpage with Richtext field, it was working fine till we had FP 7 installed, now the toolbar icons are not loading,

it works fine for some users and not for others

any resolution

Clear your browser cache

It's because of an update to CKEditor in FP7. With each update to CKEditor in fix packs, the CKEditor files change but their names do not. This causes CKEditor to fail if the old CKEditor files have already been cached by the browser. So clear the browser cache.
