Dear all,

we created a open item List with the Base of Lotus Notes and a Xpages-Webfrontend. Within this application you habe the possibilty to create new items and to see them in an overwie (Nearly the same as this forum). Now we are searching for a possibilty to print an entry and to print the overview into a pdf-file by clicking on a new button. Also we would love to select different entries out of the overview and by printing it you´ll all the entries in detail in a pdf-file.

Do you have any suggestions how to make this possible?

I would look into IText, its a java based PDF writer, I've used it on some projects to allow you to format and write data to a java file and store it in a specific place. Your new button could write the pdf file then open it for printing.
