Now with this forum, you can't. The sites I have been working on are internal or authenticated sites so this is not a problem, but for the xpage community I would suggest it is?
I did see a utility on Openntf for allowing google analytics to work across your site. This may solve it, however I am surprised this has not been implemented on the forum (although understand that this is only done in people's spare time).
