XPages.TV 

 This weekend I released a project on OpenNTF called XPages Media Library.  This is a full application that includes a custom control for embedded html5 video with flash fallback.  Works on iOS devices and other portable devices.  I'll be releasing a pure custom control itself at some point but the app might give you something to look at if interested.
