Lotus Notes signatures don't match

Hello,
 
I have client's reporting that the signature under prefrences do not match the signature in the emails that are created. I have tried to clear the cache.ndk from the client's unit but no change. Any suggestions on what I should do?

If you haven't already, you should post this question in one of the Notes/Domino forums such as the Notes/Domino 8.5 Forum (http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd85forum.nsf). This forum is for XPages-specific topics.

 The 8.5.2 mail BD allows 3 types of signature: Notes RTF, HTML and plain text.
 
Please confirm which one are you using, by going to More -> Preferences -> Signature, from the Inbox.
