Issue with column sorting from view panel

I have a view column in the view that is set to sortable by clicking on the column header and my view control has a column header sort property set to true. When I testing on browser it doesn't work. thanks in advance.

 Check if you have any SSJS in "Filter By Category" or "Search in view results" .  I have observed that if you any SSJS here, the sorting of columns does not happen.
