Data Services hang

 Using data services for exchanging data with an iPad App I get an HTTP 403 after a period of time. We are using JSON as protocol. After restarting the server everything works fine again. Has anyone similar problems or - better - a solution for this problem ?
 
- Server has release 8.5.3 FP1, before FP1 this problem occured even more often.
