When you say "Dynamic view control", do you mean you are using the normal view control and then you are computing which view or database to load depending on some external data (such as which user they are logged in as etc...)?

 If so, that's exactly what I'm doing and I can see these options if I click on the sections I mentioned.

 

If the "Dynamic view control" is something else, can you tell me how you are accessing it as I can't seem to find anything called this under the create control menu (of course I may just be completely misunderstanding your topic, if so, apologies.)
