I created a checkboxgroup field within a panel that, when selected, will hide the contents of an inner panel.

 

The inner panel has a visible formula that checks the value of the checkboxgroup to see whether it is null or contains a value.

 

When the inner panel uses the visible formula, the field values within the inner panel are not saved to the Notes document.  When I remove the visible formula used by the inner panel, the data is saved.

 

Any idea why this is happening?
