Domino Designer installation error

I was installing ibm domino designer free edition. When it was about to end, an error came and the whole process got rolled back. The error dialog displayed such:

Error 1935. An error occured during the installation of the assembly component {63E949F6-03BC-5C40-A0 1F-C8B3B9A1E18E}. HRESULT: 0x800703F9.

Please help...

This is a Microsoft Error and not a Notes Client error.

It seems to do with security. When you start the install, run it as administrator even if you are an administrator of the system.
