XPages is a set of Tools that allow you to create Web Applications on a Domino server.  I personally really like it.

There are sample applications on http://openntf.org.

There are resources at XPages.Info.

There are lots of videos from NotesIn9.com / Index.notesIn9.com.

Good Luck!

Re: New to Xpages
There is some advice here in the Notes and Domino wiki on getting started with XPages http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/ddwiki.nsf/dx/Get_started_with_XPages .

There is also a full step by step tutorial http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/ddwiki.nsf/dx/Tutorial-intro-to-XPages.htm and a video that goes with it "Creating a simple XPages application" - http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/ddwiki.nsf/dx/04142009022913PMDDRT7T.htm

The Mastering XPages book would also be a good investment - http://www.amazon.com/Mastering-XPages-Step-Step-Application/dp/0132486318 - it was written by the XPages development team.

Good luck

Some tips.
Hi, I might be reproducing what has already been mentioned, so apologies to the other guys. > Also wanna know, how is it related to IBM Worklight ?  See the following demo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEemeTytHKI > Is there any sample application available? For what? There are loads on OpenNTF and the teamroom uses XPages (in browser). >  What are all the prerequisite skill sets needed to start developing xpages applications? Stephan Wissel did a good graphic of the skills required. http://www.wissel.net/blog/d6plinks/SHWL-877CZU Books (which you already have) - Mastering XPages: A Step-by-Step Guide to XPages Application Development and the XSP Language - XPages Extension Library: A Step-by-Step Guide to the Next Generation of XPages Components - XPages Portable Command Guide: A Compact Resource to XPages Application Development and the XSP Language Introduction to XPages. http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/ddwiki.nsf/dx/Tutorial-intro-to-XPages.htm http://notesin9.com XPages Masterclass http://www.openntf.org/internal/home.nsf/project.xsp?action=openDocument&name=XP ages%20Masterclass This covers debugging/performance testing. Video 2 will give you a grounding in the JSF framework.

 Thanks simon. That was great...

Also thanks to David, eamon and paul.

Now, what makes xpages different from other app development platforms? Is it better than the other ones?
