I am totally new to XPage, so I have been loooking at the design of domino Disucssion template. Noticed the following bug in both 851 and 852 templates, and just wonder if anyone has a fix for it already?

 

On the notes form Main Topic,    there is a computed text field Abstract with formula @Abstract([TextOnly]; _length; ""; "Body" to get the first 300 chars from the richtext field Body. However the body field is also used for attachments, on the Custom Control there are file uploader and file downloader attached to the Body field (So the attachment is stored in body). Ok the trouble is that @abstract formula is picking up the xml bit for the attached file, it reads something like this "<submission><details ....." Any ideas how to fix this?  Many thanks in adv! Xun
