domino 8.5.3 xpage, no drop-down date options for Date Time Picker in IE11

I drag and drop a Date Time Picker to XPage("aa").

but when I preview in IE11, and click the Date Time Picker, there is no drop-down date options. Why?

The domino server is 8.5.3 without Extension library.

I've seen this somewhere before

I don't have 8.5.3 with me but I think you need to change the theme from "Server Default" to "webstandard". To change the theme you need to go to the "Xsp Properties". However I forgot how to access the Xsp Properties in 8.5.3.
