How do we  handle Replication/save Conflict in Xpages..?

 

I am facing some issue with this error in my xpage app. Iam using one data source and that document opening in edit mode,to perform action by different end users.

 In some case the some document should perform same actions by  different end users(For absent case)..So that this action is already have performed by another guys then

it will create this conflict.
