I have an Xpages app that is working well with managed beans, two with application scope, one session and one view.  I deployed it a few months ago, and three times over the last two weeks the application is throwing "javax.faces.FacesException: javax.faces.FacesException: Can't instantiate class" for my beans even through I haven't made any updates to the application since it was deployed.

 

I can't seem to find this scenario anywhere, has anyone seen it or have any ideas?  Rebuilding the application fixes the issue until it happens again.
