SimpleValuePicker Not Working in IE 11

I have a customer using an xpages application.  The customer has WIndows 7 Pro and IE 11.  

Server is running on R9.0.1 FP2.  

We are using a simpleValuePicker to let them select values for a field.  When the button is clicked to select a value nothing happens - no picker box and no error message.  I cannot reproduce the problem on any of my computers with the same configuration.  I've had them reinstall IE and tested with no restrictions on popups.  They are the only customer that has this problem.  This functionality did work for them previously on the same computer.

I expect that it is an IE setting??  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks.  Sue

Have you tried looking at the JavaScrpt console in the browser to see if it's throwing any errors?
