Form Fields not showing in Data Palette

Hi
 
When I define a Data Source of type Document the list of fields does not show up in the Data Palette for certain forms. If I choose a different form it works fine.

The problem exists in at least 8.5.2 and the 8.5.3 beta.

Does anyone have a fix or workaroud to this?

if you're still seeing this with an 853 beta, then this is something we haven't seen.  Is there any chance you could send me the database with at least one of the forms in it that won't show the fields?
