Documents in a View not displaying

Hi
 
I have a few view controls that display the relevant documents perfectly when running the database on a company server, but when servering the database on a third party externally hosted server, the view controls do not return the documents.  I have tried rebuilding the index on the hosted database, but no change.
 
Does anyone have an idea where I should look to troubleshoot this issue?

Big shot into the blue: Reader fields?
 
I assume you checked that the documents exists in the new database on the external server and didn't go missing during replication.
Some other reasons could be possible:
 
Other version of the external server?
Other users on the external server (-> Reader Fields)
 
Do you receive any kind of error message on the frontend or on the console?

When your issue is resolved it's best to let people know what the solution was.
 
It's very frustrating for other people who have similar problems to follow a thread that shows as 'Resolved' and not get any information on HOW it was resolved.
