I was trying to see what the difference between All Documents and Main Topics was. the only obvious difference is the response count in All Documents. Then I tried Expand All and voila! The entire hierarchy appeared. Sadly, not very useful because the entire hierarchy for 40 topics now covers about 6 pages at 25 items per page...

 

So it would be nice to have the ability to expand one topic at a time at the view level without opening the document and losing the view context.
