1. When user1 login in sametime connect client, and mobile. User2 chat with user1. User1 just receive text chat from user2 on mobile.

You can't. Sametime has a priority on which client to receive the chat based upon client priority and last login.
2. When user1 at ComputerA chat with user2, and then user1 logout and login at computerB --> user1 cannot show chat history before
Correct, because the chat history is stored on Computer A. There are 3rd party tools that perform logging on the server and allow users to view their chat history.
