So you want to search using "st1adm/myst"? If so, then this is not possible. The slashes seen in names.nsf are replaced by commas in the LDAP world and the slashes are only valid for Domino. Why would you want to add /org unit or /org?
You can enable VP_LDAP_TRACE=1 in the sametime.ini to see what's happening on the Community server at the time.
