We recently upgraded to El Capitan, on two of the Macs we cannot send or receive messages using Sometime.
The users appear online and they can see all others online/offline, however when clicking "Chat", nothing happens.
We reinstalled Lotus Notes and this has not solved the problem.
Any suggestions? I read others mentioned (for Windows) use an old ID, however we have not got that. The IDs we have are the ones on the HD of the Macs.....(I will make a point of backing this up from now on).
