I remove all logging in Turn server already.
I use both TCP and UDP for TURN with port 3478, SIP and TCP.
I used TLS before but we got the issue about certificate (we have an wild-card certificate *.company.com --> Do you know what exactly SAN names that i need ?) --> so we change to TCP.
Another issue: If we configure DNS local turn.company.com to 0.0.0.0, then:
- external user call to internal user: just only get AV from the internal user.
- Internal user call to External user: everything is OK
So we temporary configure DNS local point to real ip of turn server (example: 10.3.60.247)
I think You are right when identify the problem around the Turn server. Again, thank you so much for your reply.
