Are you sure that you use domino 32 bit ?
Thats why you get the message about "not supported"

Use Domino 9.0.1 32 bit and then you can install Sametime 9.0 (which is 32-bit software as well) limited or standard Server.

But Sametime 9 is only supported with the System Console (Websphere + DB2). If you do not want to install Websphere you could configure your Sametime server via stconfig.nsf (Notes), sametime.ini and policies.user.xml (Sametime Policy) - BUT this is not the supported way.
