Sametime Entry 8.5.2 Windows


I have inherited the administration of a sametime 8.5.2 Entry server. I have installed a community server I just made the SSO work correctly after a lot of work. Now it would be necessary to download a policy for the whole organization so that users can connect automatically to instant messaging without having to enter the server name. I have never administered Sametime before. The question: Is there a way to do it through politicy setting or something new? . I would like to clarify that I have not the Sametime system console installed on the sametime server, thank you very much for all the information you can provide.
