Hi Ben, thanks for your help.

I have done this by extracting the policies.user.xml from another enviroment, but when I compare the files using DIFF i do not get anything useful from it.

For example the parameter im.3000 which should enable the feautures for Rich Text (as far as i understand) is not enabled in enviroment with SSC which is strange.

I have created a PMR at IBM and hopefully they will guide.
