Can you pick files from your Connections files within the meeting?

What's your value for repository.ldapACLAttribute in the meeting server config?

Can you run fiddler at the time and do you see any exceptions in the meeting server, Connections deployment manager and all the other connections apps server systemouts?

BTW - I had a 5.0 CR03 environment working fine and then applied CR04 and the widget broke totally. It's been with IBM for a few months now.

I think you'll need to enable trace on your Connections server, probably the apps server that hosts files and see if there's anything added to that. You could also try adding *=info: com.ibm.meetingserver.*=all: com.ibm.rtc.*=all: com.ibm.meetingserver.opencmis.*=all to the meeting server to see whether you get anything to work with from that.
