I fear your rant will fall on deaf ears. Development of Sametime seems to be decreasing. The whiteboard feature added has been removed. Sametime is on it's way out, though it will take a good few years but it is confusing for customers. Why should they invest when IBM themselves use CISCO Webex for their meetings and not Sametime?
