What exceptions (if any) are in the SystemOut.log for the deployment manager and STConsoleServer?
SEE below as this is pretty long. This is related to JSF implementation ?!???!! Never changed anything like that . I have this message several times. Once for /ibm/stMeetingsConfig , once for /ibm/stMediaAdmin .... etc ...

If you log intot he ISC and go to Applications > WebSphere enterprise applications do you see deployment.ear?
YES, this was the first thing I checked.

If so, that is the Sametime Console and is still installed. How did you uninstall the Media Manager?
Uninstallation with IM.
